Historic CojoJalama Ranch Changes Hands, Could open to Public

The historic Cojo-Jalama ranch is, by any terms, an expansive property. The twenty-four thousand acre property encompasses infamous Point Conception, beaches coveted by local surfers, important archaeological sites,and lots of endangered habitat.
