KCSB News, The Bottom Line & Associated Students Media Center present an enriching series of journalism workshops this October 2020!
These online workshops will be held on several Wednesdays, and will cover many topics:
- Oct. 7th – Where do stories come from? (with Leah Bartos), and Solutions Journalism: Break the Fear-Based News Cycle (with Giana Magnoli and Michelle Faust Raghavan)
- Oct. 14th – Telling the Story: Elements of News Production (with Manuel Sanchez-Palacios)
- Oct. 21st – Breaking into Broadcast News (with Claire Flores and Oscar Flores)
- Oct. 28th – Get Noticed: How to Write a Press Release
